Building Automation Installation Projects!

  • This client is a Level 1 Hospital office complex located in NJ built in 1981, renovated in 2015. Owned by a commercial real estate company, the building provides a highly-desirable setting to world-class healthcare. ABS was brought in as the building automation company to handle a turnkey design and implementation of their upgraded systems.
  • This client is a historical all-girl private STEM based high school who was relocating to a renovated 22,460 square foot building on a decommissioned Army Base. Budget and timeline were critical requirements for this client, as well as energy efficiency and coordination.
  • Triangle Maintenance Partners retrofitted the old pneumatic controls for 3 Class B+ multistory buildings known as Midway Atriums in Dallas, Texas. The project consisted of 300+ FPB/VAVs controller replacements and interfacing with the factory-installed controls on the updated AHUs. As a result, the customer can now access three buildings from one access point to provide faster tenant requests.
  • This Piedmont Property currently holds a LEED Gold certification and occupies a quarter of a million square feet of tenant space in Irving, Texas. Triangle Maintenance Partners provides Building Automation Services on the Niagara Honeywell BAS and has recently completed multiple projects working with Piedmont staff, upgrading legacy controllers to Bacnet and the BAS infrastructure.

  • These clients had an assortment of different systems, controls, and equipment vendors in place prior to partnering with TMP and were looking for consistency in the building. Although they had some parts of the buildings using direct digital control (DDC) devices, others were using pneumatic controls. Pneumatic controls use compressors which have leaks, are expensive to run, and are harder to optimize for accuracy and reliability. Additionally, the fan systems used by the buildings were out-of-date.

  • TMP managed the entire building automation project from design to implementation. We utilized top-of-the-line equipment from Distech and Q-PAC and  we replaced the fan system to an ECM model to save energy. All chillers, exhaust fans, and supply fans were updated to utilize to DDC controls. A total of 108 ECM supply fans and 574 VAV boxes were installed. The entire project was completed within 6 months.

  • The cost savings for the company due to energy conservation were 14% after the completion of our project! We continue to provide service and preventative maintenance to the client, and their system is scalable for new upgrades and technologies in the foreseeable future.
